1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by Royal GTA Auto (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, in-shop services, and our SMS/text messaging program. By using our services or opting in to our messaging program, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

Royal GTA Auto provides automotive services including detailing, ceramic coating, paint protection film (PPF), vinyl wraps, window tinting, collision repair, and general auto maintenance. All work is subject to inspection and a written estimate. Estimates are approximate; additional work required to complete a repair will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

3. Estimates & Payment

Quotes are provided based on the information and vehicle condition available at the time of estimate. Final pricing may change if additional parts or labor are required. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information, removing personal valuables before service, and collecting your vehicle promptly upon completion. We are not responsible for personal items left in the vehicle.

5. SMS Messaging Terms

The following terms apply to the text message program offered by Royal GTA Auto:

  • Program description. Customers who opt in receive text messages about estimates, repair and service status updates, appointment confirmations, and related service notifications.
  • Opt-in. You can enroll by providing your mobile number at drop-off, through our website, by phone, or in person.
  • Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a confirmation and can re-enroll at any time.
  • Help. Reply HELP to any message, or contact the shop directly, for assistance with the messaging program.
  • Message frequency & rates. Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
  • Privacy. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
  • Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Royal GTA Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or messaging program.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
